We offer an easy and fun 5-week program with 35 different lessons that teach you how to build face muscles and how to release stress and relax your face. Six days a week, we will actively train the different zones of your face. On the seventh day, it’s time to rest and to talk about other tips and tricks for a happy, active and healthy life. Try it, because, with a face workout of only 15 minutes a day, you will already see and feel the natural lifting effect!
